The beach area by the Colorado River is beautiful and relaxing. The elevators were slow, making it a hassle to move around the hotel. Enjoyed some live music at the casino. Staff were friendly but the room cleanliness could be improved.

The beach area was nice, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water. The elevators were incredibly slow, causing long wait times every day. Also, food prices seemed high for the quality offered, especially at the casual dining options.

Great room service that was quick and efficient. Valet parking made accessing my car easy.

The room was small and felt cramped. The A/C struggled to cool below 18.5 degrees, leaving it uncomfortably warm. Stains marked the carpet, and the faucet leaked, pooling water on the floor. Bathroom cleanliness was an issue; hair and dirt were evident. Pillows were disappointingly tiny, contributing to a restless night. While the view was lovely, the noise from outside was disturbing. The maintenance was lacking, with water issues lingering unnoticed. Staff were helpful when approached, though the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

We enjoyed a lovely anniversary getaway at Harrah’s Laughlin. Our room had a stunning view of the lake and was very comfortable, especially the bed.

Rooms were plain but clean and comfy. Love the easy access to the river walk and the pools, even though we couldn't use them due to the storm. The staff was helpful, especially the bell hop and the lady at check-in. Short lines at the concert venue were a bonus.

The swimming pool area was a blast with a fantastic outdoor vibe. I loved chilling in the jacuzzi after a day of playing in the casino. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore all the exciting nearby spots!

The room I was assigned was old and had a musty smell, and the air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room effectively. there were no basic amenities like a coffee maker or a refrigerator, which made it inconvenient for me during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with dirty carpets and a bathroom that needed a thorough cleaning. I even encountered issues with the pool being dirty, which was a major letdown as I had hoped to enjoy some leisure time there with my family. I did appreciate the helpful valet service and the location of the property. The valet staff were attentive and provided great assistance, especially considering my husband's disability. these positives were overshadowed by the many shortcomings of the property. I believe Harrah's is in need of a significant overhaul and better maintenance to improve the experience. The property could benefit from investing in basic amenities and cleanliness to meet the expectations of guests. My family and I likely won't be returning to Harrah's in the future, as there are better options available in the area that offer a more pleasant stay.

I was really frustrated with the elevators; only one was working in our tower, and we waited forever just to get to our room. It was exhausting climbing all those stairs with luggage—it totally ruined the vibe of our getaway.

The adult-only pool is a perfect chill spot for relaxation. The self check-in is super fast and efficient, plus the beach access gives you a nice place to unwind.

The hotel is just a few steps from the river where you can take lovely walks along the waterfront enjoying beautiful views and you’re also a stone’s throw from Bullhead City Community Park which is great for a leisurely stroll or relaxing in nature plus the casino action is close by with other casinos just a short walk away but the room cleanliness could definitely be more consistent.

Check-in was seamless thanks to a skilled and attentive staff member. My request for a room change was met with professionalism. the issues overshadowed the positives. Only two out of five elevators were operational, causing long waits and accessibility challenges. The family pool was overcrowded, loud, and unwelcoming to families. Maintenance response was inadequate; broken A/C and hot showers became unbearable. I even experienced allergy discomfort due to dust. The service at The Range Bar was subpar, with unfriendly staff. Cleanliness and safety are paramount; both were lacking. With a family that values comfort, we won’t be returning. If improvement is on the agenda, consider these points seriously.

The parking garage was dark and elevators were mostly out of service, leading to long waits just to get to our room. Our room had a dirty window, no hair dryer, and was poorly equipped—just a chaotic mix of issues. The casino was clean and the beach area was nice, but the carpets throughout were stained, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Check-in took forever, and we had to request clean towels since housekeeping didn’t show. It’s a shame because the location has potential, yet it feels neglected and understaffed. Not what we expected.

The indoor showroom rocked with big names like our fave artists. Quick access to other casinos added to the hype. Water skiing was a blast on the cool water. Two pools for different vibes, one for the fam and one for the squad!
More vibrant nightlife activities needed for us party animals to keep the energy high! .

The outdoor shows were a blast, the beach was fabulous, and the variety of restaurants was great. I felt like a queen with all the amenities available.
Breathing in the health code violation air was simply delightful.

The evening entertainment was fantastic, with top performers at the indoor showroom and outdoor amphitheater. We enjoyed easy access to nearby Regency Casino, Pioneer Hotel & Gambling Hall, and Aquarius Casino Resort. Our kids loved water skiing on the surrounding water and the separate pools for families and adults made everyone happy!
My children wanted more child-friendly activities available.

After a long wait for the elevator, we finally reached our room with a stunning river view. The upgraded South Tower room was clean, quiet, and provided a peaceful retreat. The gambling experience was great, and the staff was helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.

The view of the river and beach area was stunning, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Plus, being able to bring my dog along and enjoying the complimentary dog amenities was a big plus. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive.
The outdated room lacked basic amenities like a coffee pot and mini fridge. The noisy elevator was unsettling, and the ice machines on various floors were constantly out of service.

harrah's laughlin beach resort & casino provided an excellent price, awesome staff, and a comfortable, very clean room with a good river view. the breakfast buffet was good, and the valet and bellhop were great and very helpful, especially for someone handicapped like myself. the convenience of the casino and eating facilities in the hotel was fantastic, with all the staff being friendly and helpful. the location at the last casino/hotel on the street meant no noisy traffic at night, and parking for truck and jetski's was free and ample.

The buffet at the hotel was outstanding with a large selection of delicious food at a reasonable price. The central tower provided a quieter stay compared to the north tower, and the room fan helped drown out any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The friendly staff was accommodating and helped us find a better-smelling room with a river view, even though we hadn't booked one.
The hotel agent who checked us in was more focused on speed than accuracy, neglecting to inform us that we needed a key for beach access and forgetting to give us our buffet coupon. Additionally, the hallway carpets could use a deep cleaning, and the buffet was overpriced for the menu selection.
